Welcome to Credknox LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using our website Optycommerce.com (“Site”) and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Our Services

Credknox LLP provides dedicated remote tech professionals to international clients on a monthly subscription basis.

These include Shopify Developers, SEO Experts, Android Developers, iOS Developers and Custom website developer.

Each engagement provides 200 working hours per month unless otherwise specified.

2. Subscription & Payments

• All payments are billed in USD on a monthly subscription basis.
• Clients can make payments via PayPal, Stripe, or wire transfer.
• Services begin after payment confirmation.
• Invoices are sent automatically each month before renewal.

3. Contract Duration

All plans operate on a month-to-month basis.

Clients may cancel or pause their subscription before the next billing date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear project briefs, guidelines, and assets.
• Communicate promptly to ensure smooth project execution.
• Avoid sharing unlawful or copyrighted material.

5. Company Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Assigning qualified professionals to each project.
• Ensuring confidentiality and non-disclosure of client data.
• Providing regular updates on project progress.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created under the project will be the property of the client.

We do not claim any rights to the code, content, or design developed for the client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information,data, and project details shared during the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

If termination occurs mid-cycle, refund policies (outlined below) will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the current billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
