satisfaction.
However, we understand that situations may arise requiring refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The developer or expert has not started the work.
- The client requests a cancellation within 2 business days of payment.
- No deliverables have been shared.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not applicable if:
- The developer/expert has started work or delivered any part of the project.
- The client delays communication or fails to provide project materials.
- Work dissatisfaction arises after project delivery (we offer corrections instead).
- The subscription is cancelledmid-month after hours have been utilized.
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be:
- Processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Returned via the original payment method.
- Subject to transaction or processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
4. Service Replacement
Instead of a refund, clients may choose to:
- Replace a developer or switch to another service (e.g., from SEO to Shopify).
- Carry forward remaining hours to the next month (subject to management approval).
